The purpose of an FAQ is generally to provide information on frequent questions or concerns. However, the format is a useful means of Rotary organizing information, and text consisting of questions and their answers related to information from the site
How do I donate?
You can donate directly for each project that you like. You can pay by card one time only, or set up montly payment. Also, you can fill in the 230 declaration for the 3.5% tax donation or you can fill in a sponsorship contract. More details in Support Us page.
What will my donation support?
You can choose what project do you want to support and donate directly on the specific project. Also you can choose a general theme like Education, Growing Local Economy, Disaster Response and just make a comment in the payment.
Whom do I contact if I have a question or problem?
Please use the information from the contact page, e-mail address or phone number.
Will I receive a receipt for my contribution?
Yes. If you pay by card you will receive directly from the bank, on your e-mail. If you want to make a corporate donation, you can fill in the sponsorship contract.
Can I purchase an additional premium item?
We do not have currently the premium items uploaded in the site. You can contact us on our e-mail adresses to send you more details if you are interested
How can I cancel my online donation?
You can cancel your e-mail donation by contacting us or the bank.
